We collect the information reasonably needed to manage family accounts, program registrations, emergency contacts, and athlete safety.
Registration & Safety
Information is used to manage accounts, register athletes, communicate with families, provide appropriate coaching, maintain program records, and respond to athlete-safety needs.
Authorized Access Only
Parent account information is available to the account owner and authorized NPower administrators. Sensitive athlete and medical information should only be accessed when needed for administration or athlete safety.
Photos & Videos
Permission to use identifiable athlete photographs and videos for the club website, social media, or promotional materials is requested separately. Either preference may be declined without preventing program registration.
