TRYOUT REQUIREMENTS

1. First, register with www.floridavolleybal.org for USAV.

2. Then pre-register below for tryouts.  (Registering for tryouts does not guarantee you a spot on a team nor does it obligate you to our club.)

3. USAV requires medical release forms to be completed and notarized for tryouts.  A Notary will be available the day of tryouts if you haven’t completed this form prior.  Click  2012 Medical Release to get a print of this form.

4. Show up the day of tryouts with proof of USAV registration, the tryout fee of $30.00 if not pre-paid and ready to tryout.

5. Parents, please read 10 Rules for Parents of Athletes.
